appointment policies

Please read all policy details prior to booking an appointment.
Please re-schedule your appt. if you are not feeling well.
Appt times can range from 1-3 hours depending on nail prep/ art. Please plan your schedule accordingly.
I will not work on damaged nail beds or around any open wounds you may have around your fingers.
Appointment reminders will be sent 24 hours prior to your appt.
New clients will receive the address information 24 hours prior to the appt.
You are allowed a 10min grace period after your scheduled time. Anything beyond 10min, will result in an appt cancellation.

Cancellation request must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled date & time.
If you are unable to make your appt. & provide proper notice, I will allow you to reschedule.
Failure to provide notice regarding a missed appt. will no longer be able to reschedule or rebook a new appt.

Durability can vary from client to client depending on how light or heavy handed you are.
Once you leave your appointment, you are responsible to care and maintain your nails to ensure a long lasting set.
The natural oils on your nail beds can affect the longevity of your set.
Your nails are not tools so please refrain from using them as such.
